
Riverside High School NHS will host a blood drive next Monday, March 9th. Monday, March 9th will be last NHS Bloodrive of the year. The drive will run from 2:00pm - 5:30pm. Please plan to donate; the blood bank supplies are dangerously low.

This week’s RHS basketball games are put on by the KSHSAA; therefore there are no passes allowed except those from KSHSAA. Also the admission prices are $5.00 for students and $7.00 for adults.

Due to staffing, Wednesday and Thursday lunch menus this week will be switched around. Wednesday's menu will be turkey pot roast and Thursday will be the chicken parmesan. (March 4-5)

Luke Horn wins Riverside’s first state wrestling title and Beau Horn finished 3rd, leading the Cyclones to a 9th place team finish. Congratulations wrestlers and coaches on a great season!!

Riverside Preschool Screenings will be Friday, April 3, from 8:30-2:30. Any student living in the Riverside School District, who will be 3 (or 4 years old and not already a current riverside preschool student) by August 31, 2020 may sign up to attend. Please call the primary office at 785-989-4425 to schedule an appointment. We will do a developmental screening as well as hearing and vision. We will have a speech pathologist and an occupational therapist to address any speech or fine motor concerns.

Parents of all K-8 students don't forget to sign up for the kids heart challenge. We are approximately 140 students away from our goal. There is no cost to sign up. If we reach that goal we will be awarded $500 in P.E. equipment for all students to benefit from. Thank you for your support!
