Who: All Doniphan County students entering pre-school through 5th grade. (includes students at Doniphan West, Troy, and Riverside School Districts--school supply lists for each district will be available at the event)

ALL RMS and RHS students participating in sports will need a new physical and concussion form filled out and turned in before being allowed to practice.

USD 114 BOARD OF EDUCATION NAMES JENNIFER GATZ AS THE NEW SUPERINTENDENT
USD 114 is excited to announce the appointment of Jennifer Gatz as the new Superintendent in Riverside effective July 1st, 2023.
Mrs. Gatz currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent in USD 113 Prairie Hills in Sabetha, Kansas. She has served in that position since 2020. Prior to that, she was the Director of Student Learning for USD 113 for four years. Mrs. Gatz began her teaching career as a 7th grade science teacher in Lawrence, Kansas. She also spent time teaching in the Troy Public Schools and in the Doniphan West district. Mrs. Gatz has a diverse background spending time as an instructional technology specialist, instructional coach, and an administrative intern in the St. Joseph, Missouri Public Schools before transitioning to Sabetha Elementary School to serve as the Elementary Principal.
Mrs. Gatz received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Elementary Education from Kansas State University. She also received a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Fort Hays State University. She is currently finishing her Education Specialist Degree from Fort Hays State University.
